Who we are
Mochi Studio is an independent app studio based in Spain. For anything about your data, write to hello@mochistudio.dev.
This website
mochistudio.dev is a static website. We do not collect personal data through it and we do not set cookies or use local storage.
The site is hosted on Cloudflare. To deliver and protect it, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address and browser details, as any web host does. We rely on our legitimate interest in running a secure website. You can read how Cloudflare handles this data in its privacy policy.
When you email us
If you write to us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include in your message. We use it only to answer you, keep it for as long as the conversation needs, and never sell or share it.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by emailing hello@mochistudio.dev. If you are not happy with our answer, you can complain to the Spanish data protection authority, the AEPD.
